Tried this about a week ago. I didn't really use too much of the Ricotta-not a lover of it anyway! I just used one box of spinach and thought that was plenty! I enjoyed the flavor of the sauce-how could you not with that much butter and cheese? I think next time I will try to just make the sauce and mix it with Rigatoni noodles for more a past bake=easier for the boys to eat!
